I authorise On The Net Limited, trading as nzhomes.com and Houses For Sale On
The Net to advertise my property for sale on their internet website for a period
of 6 months at a cost of $60 + GST ($67.50c inclusive of GST). I agree to notify
On The Net Limited if my property is sold in the meantime and/or if I withdraw
it from the market.
I understand On The Net Limited will make changes to the text and price of the
property if required during the term of the marketing period at no cost to me.
I further understand that On The Net Limited is not a Real Estate Agent and will
not be involved in the negotiations for the sale of the property(ie presenting
offers, showing buyers through etc)and will direct any enquiries that may come
through their office to me as owner of the property in question.
On The Net Limited agrees to provide the owner of the property with one of their
standard For Sale signs if required at no cost to the owner of the property.
